At My Modomart, we aim to make delivery clear, reliable, and easy to understand. This Shipping Policy outlines where we deliver, expected delivery timeframes, and what steps to take if an issue arises with your shipment.

We currently provide free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia, subject to the terms set out below.

1.Shipping Locations

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within Australia.

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia cannot be processed through checkout.

2.Business Days

Our operational business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days.

3.Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates consist of two components:

  1. Handling time – the time required to prepare and dispatch your order.
  2. Transit time – the time required for the carrier to deliver your parcel.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to seasonal demand, promotional periods, carrier delays, weather disruptions, or public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT, depending on the season) are generally processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time are typically processed on the following business day. This may add one additional business day to the overall delivery estimate.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been prepared, it is transferred to one of our delivery partners for shipment.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Transit Time (Standard Shipping): 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time begins once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 8–11 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4.Carrier Services

We work with reputable and established carriers to complete deliveries across Australia.

Depending on the destination and product type, your order may be shipped via one of the following carriers:

  • Australia Post
  • Aramex
  • Toll
  • CouriersPlease
  • StarTrack

At this time, we offer standard shipping only. Express or priority shipping options may be introduced in the future.

5.Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping

All orders delivered within Australia qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Additional Fees

We do not apply additional handling or processing charges beyond the standard shipping terms outlined above.

6.Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may also monitor your parcel’s progress through our Track Order page at any time.

7.Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery-related concerns, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Delays

If your parcel appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and include your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the damage and packaging (if applicable).

Missing Parcels or Items

If your parcel appears lost, or if an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date so we can begin an investigation without delay.
